No, you are not guaranteed a time slot if you register for the draw*. There is currently no active registration period for a ticket draw. LA28 Olympics tickets will be released on a first-come, first-served basis next year, meaning you do not need to register for the draw to receive the opportunity to purchase Olympics tickets.
